The project consisted of gutting the existing 410,000 square foot building down to structure in preparation for remodeling the spaces into the new home of the Teacher Administration Center.

The existing building underwent an exterior face lift replacing the existing doors and windows and repairing damaged masonry and limestone.

• 5,400 square foot public boardroom
